Train Local Trainers

In order to encourage long-term sustainability at the local level, we prioritize the training of local trainers to ensure the needed skills survive locally for the long-term.

All educators undergo 6 months of intensive training with regular short-term professional development modules throughout the year. We source technical experts from around the world to conduct the training programmes on a volunteer basis.
